WP7 Harmonization of data infrastructures. Lead: CEA, co-lead MCL.

Objectives

• To harmonize and align existing European materials data infrastructures and data management tools, fostering interoperability and seamless data exchange across platforms.
• To identify the main existing materials data infrastructures in Europe and create a catalogue detailing the software solutions they use for data ingestion, processing, and querying.
• To develop converters between the various data formats used within these infrastructures.
• To develop a universal, standardized API to enable efficient retrieval and integration of data from diverse infrastructures, facilitating broader access, reuse, and cross-disciplinary innovation in materials science.
