How to create a News Article
This tutorial shows how to publish a News Article on the MaterialsCommons knowledge base. News Articles appear in the news feed on materialscommons.eu.
Scheduled publishing: the website only shows articles whose publish date is today or in the past. Setting a future publish date stages the article so it appears automatically on that date.
1. Open the editor
Open the News Article category page (News Article) and click Create in the top-right page actions.

2. Fill in the title and publish date
Enter the article title in the Label / Text field.

Set the Publish Date - use a future date to schedule the article - then click Save.

3. Add the article body
On the new page click Edit to open the visual editor and type the article body.

Click Save changes to publish.

Result
The article is now in the News Article category. Because its publish date is in the future, the website news feed shows it automatically on that date.
